It's a standard Yello/Black VCS Phantom wiht CCM: Pump, Reg, Grip, Rail, and ASA and a Python Barrel sizer. I had problems getting the velocity over 256 this weekend but after ticnkering around I found that the valve spring (9) needed lightened....I knew I kept those old Tracer springs around for a reason. As for your idea of removeing the Tuned Port Compensater(20) and just adjusing off of the Reg, you'll bee to lighten the valve spring and find a really heavy main spring(19). Numbers after parts match the Phantom diagram on www.phantomonline.com.
